Periodically the Construction Leads Club of New Jersey sales leads are emailed to each member on Excel spreadsheets which can be arranged alphabetically, geographically, or by job site conditions to suit their needs.
The CLC of NJ helps our members beat their competition by aiming their sales force at the decision makers. Members are notified periodically through out the month of substantial changes in the sales leads status.

How The Distribute Your Business Card or Brochure Program Works
The program is very simple. During the course of collecting and inspecting the sales leads our staff can place your business card and or brochures at the job sites we visit. We will secure your business card and or advertising materials with an industrial stapler to the rough framing away from the elements on the first and second floors. Thus increasing your geographic coverage and probability the builders and developers will find your materials.
Providing the Construction Leads Club of NJ with your business cards and promotional materials is the sole responsibility of the member. The "Distribute your business card or brochure program" enhances and is to be used in conjunction with our sales leads service and is not available separately. Plus you will reduce CO2 emissions and fight global warming without lifting a finger.

Q: How do I pay my fees?
A: Fees must be paid online by credit card (go to the Join the Club page). Fees are to be paid, quarterly, or annually. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express or Debit Cards thru Paypal.

A: No, but if you do pay annually, you will save money.
Q: Can I get my money back if I decide the Club is not for me?
A: Our policies do not allow for a monetary refund. This policy is to protect the Club from someone that may try to get as much as they can, and leave. We call these people “networking hunters”. However; Members departing in good standing can apply for a letter-of-credit for any unused portion of their dues. This letter can be used the same as money if you decide to re-apply for membership.

A: There are separate categories of leads because the data supplied regarding the Contractor, site conditions, etc. might be missing or unavailable.

Q: How long will it take to get my leads?
A: You will receive your first set of leads a few days after you have paid your dues.
Q: What do I do if a lead is bad?
A: The first thing to do is to call or email the Leads Club so our data base can be updated ASAP. A Club wide email will be sent out immediately to notify the club members of the change in the sales leads status.

A: Empty lot, seeking site approvals, architectural plans under development, quoting from plans, cleared lot, staked or surveyed, digging for footing, footing in, staked and laid out for pilings, pilings in, foundation, 1st floor joists installed, framing, framed, framed and weather tight, insulated, sheet-rocked, trimming, painted, landscaped, and done, etc.

3. Abusive behavior towards our staff or members.
Q: If I leave the Leads Club can my membership be transferred to someone else?
A: Leads Club membership is for a specific business or individuals and may not be sold or transferred to another business or individual.

A: Yes, fees may be paid with a company credit card. However, if your company will only reimburse your fees, you must pay your fees and then ask to be reimbursed by your company.
